What We Do

“I believe it is the role of the therapist to provide a safe space for clients that will allow them room to grow and gain insight into achieving their life goals. The therapeutic relationship should be one of mutual trust and respect that fosters the ability to navigate day-to-day struggles and restore balance and healing to those that are suffering.

While my primary focus is on family relationships, I work with individuals as well. I apply an integrated approach with a primary focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, experiential, and extended family systems. The therapeutic process may help renew connection in relationships, understand past traumas, or simply face the challenges of daily living. I look forward to working with you.”
